Adelaide Town Hall Wedding

We received exclusive access to the balcony of Adelaide Town Hall in the Adelaide CBD for an exclusive editorial for Anti Bride. The balcony is historically known for having Princess Diana, King Charles and the Beatles use this to wave to hundreds of thousands of fans.  Wedding receptions aren't usually allowed on the balcony, however they allowed us usage to document this celebration of Charlotte and Jordan's engagement and styled wedding editorial.

A never done before wedding editorial, took place here on a rainy Winter’s day in June. Bringing together sophisticated but unique and quirky wedding trends; such as custom artwork plates with guests names, a champagne tower adorned with silk bows, feather reception dress, linen signage and a floral dome cake. Wedding receptions are usually not allowed on the historical balcony, so this unique opportunity was a once in a lifetime for real couple Charlotte Hutchinson and Jordan O’Doherty.

All hands were on deck for this editorial; the florals were hand painted by florist Evie of Eve Bud, and the plates were hand painted by Stacey herself. The linen sign was supplied by Harriet of the Adelaide Town Hall marketing team, who had just gotten married herself and thought her hand painted sign would suit the brief.
